If You are a Resident or an Incoming Intern

At "The MATCH Guide", we understand that the MATCH process can be a difficult and stressful experience for medical students and applicants. That's why we are excited to introduce a new role of Match Navigator. A Match Navigator is a dedicated guide who will help students and applicants navigate the MATCH process particularly the ERAS application and Interview trail.

*Match Navigator is a volunteer program in collaboration with IMG MATCH.

How it Works?

Match Navigators are residents who have successfully gone through the MATCH process themselves and are interested in volunteering to help upcoming applicants. We at 'The MATCH Guide' only act as a source to direct applicants to MATCH Navigators and do not monitor the activity thereafter.

For MATCH Navigators:

The role is not meant to review confidential application material. MATCH Navigator is expected to only direct applicants to available resources.

For Applicants:

Applicants will receive general guidance to navigate the ERAS application and interview process. Please do not send unsolicited messages to potential Navigators.
