New Delhi. The Indian cricket team was not at all happy with the dinner menu after training on Tuesday. Some members of Team India decided to return the food to their hotel rooms. The post-training menu is almost the same for all the teams and the Indian players are not served hot food, which according to BCCI sources is necessary after rigorous training sessions. The Indian team had an optional training session on Tuesday. Apart from all the hard bowlers, all-rounder Hardik Pandya, batsman Suryakumar Yadav and spinner Akshar Patel were rested here.
It turns out that after training the meal consisted of customized sandwiches with fruit. When training was over it was lunch time and the players were probably hoping for a full meal.
